Refund & Credit Policy
​Tuition for the Language Academy helps The Literacy Center continue to provide services to all in the community at affordable rates. Fees includes all course materials, textbooks, and fees required for your language class. No additional costs or hidden fees.
Refund Policy:

Full refund available up to 7 days before the semester start date

No refunds will be issued once the 7-day refund period has passed

After the refund deadline, tuition payments are completely non-refundable regardless of attendance or circumstances
We understand that sometimes circumstances outside of your control prevent you from being able to attend class. Should this be the case, TLC may be able to apply a course credit to your account for use in a future semester.

Credit Policy:

If you are unable to attend your course due to unforeseen circumstances outside the refund period, a tuition credit will be applied to your account. You must contact a member of the TLC staff to arrange for a credit, it will not be automatically applied.

Credits can be used toward future Language Academy courses or semesters.

Credits must be used within one year of issuance.

Credits will only be issued if you have attended 2 or fewer classes. If you have attended 3 or more of your class dates, no credits or refunds can be issued.
Payment is due in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class.
