Please use this form each month to log hours spent volunteering with TLC. These logs help us track the labor hours, compensated and not, that contribute to TLC's mission. As always, we are grateful for your work and always happy to help out if you or your student need anything.
Update 10/13/2026: Starting this month, we're combining this form with progress reports, so that volunteers no longer need to submit quarterly progress updates and instead may submit shorter progress notes in the monthly log.
