to learn more about state financial aid programs for eligible households, as well as free legal assistance to help with housing matters
CHECK if you are eligible for RAFT or ERMA financial assistance
RAFT (Residential Assistance for Families in Transition) and ERMA (Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance) are financial assistance programs to help low-income families in Massachusetts with rent and mortgage payments (including back-owed payments) in times of crisis. These programs have recently been expanded specifically to help families financially impacted by Covid-19. Click here to check your eligibility and apply.
